Hi! I’m Kaitlynn, the founder and lead planner at K & D Hospitality Services. My passion for event planning began at an early age. Growing up in a family with limited resources, I watched my mom work tirelessly to create beautiful events—despite the challenges. From birthday parties to family gatherings, she had a remarkable ability to turn simple moments into something special, and it inspired me in ways I never could have imagined. Even though we didn't have much, she taught me that with creativity, hard work, and love, you can make any event feel like magic.
I started helping my mom with these events when I was just 10 years old, learning the ins and outs of planning, organizing, and decorating. Over the years, I honed my skills and realized that this was more than just a passion—it was my calling.
After earning my Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, I knew I wanted to bring that same sense of creativity and attention to detail into the world of professional event planning. I founded K & D Hospitality Services to offer clients the same level of care and dedication that my mom showed me all those years ago.
What sets me apart is my personal connection to every event I plan. I truly believe that the little things make the biggest impact, and that’s what I strive for in every detail. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, my goal is to make your event not only unforgettable but also stress-free—so you can focus on making memories, while I handle the rest.
